Why do i need a notary
what is a notary?
A Washington State notary public is a commissioned official who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of legal documents and who ensures those documents are properly executed.
This screening detects and deters document fraud and helps protect the personal rights and property of private citizens from forgers, identity thieves and exploiters of the vulnerable.
A Washington State notary signing agent is a notary commissioned in Washington State who assists with the loan signing process. We are duly commissioned and screened to assist in the loan signing process and then the return of all signed loan documents to the closing agent in a timely process.
